I thought I’d give you the break-down of what to expect, in case you’re thinking about entering!
Sew-vivor related stuff will be every WEDNESDAY for the next few months.
January 11: Announce Competition, Buttons, and Judges
January 18: Announce Themes and Rules
January 25: Announce Prizes and Sponsors
February 1-29: Auditions accepted all month!
{You can enter ANY sewing project you’ve made. More info about entering coming next week}.
March 7: Top 10 Contestants announced
March 14: Honorable mention entries featured
March 21: Guest Judges announced (different from main judges, she will choose the contestant who wins “immunity” for the week)
March 28: Sew-vivor Giveaway
April 4: 1st Round of Competition
April 5: Top 8 announced
April 11: 2nd Round of Competition
April 12: Top 5 announced
April 18: 3rd Round of Competition
April 19: Top 3 announced
April 25: 4th and Final Round of Competition
April 26: Winners announced!
Now for the fun part. Today, I am “unveiling” the judges and buttons.
JUDGES
I’m so excited about the lineup of judges. These are all very amazing ladies, who have had a great impact on me personally, as well as in the blogging community. Collectively, they will be choosing the Top 10. Without further adieu… I invite you to click on their pictures and visit these wonderful ladies!
BUTTONS
Ok, so I’m kind of obsessed with these buttons! They were created by my crazy talented friend Jamie, from The Letter 4 blog. Not only did she design them inspired by the show’s logo, but she also hand drew the sewing machine graphic. She offers blog design templates for purchase on her blog. She’s so insanely amazing!!! (In case you didn’t know, she designed my blog too).
There’s a button for everyone! If you enter the competition, be sure to post a button somewhere on your blog’s sidebar! Even if you’re not going to enter, you can still grab a “Participating Button” if you plan to follow along and vote for your favorites.
