Because that Howard boy isn’t a huge fan of birthday cake, I decided to make him cheesecake instead.  This was my first time making cheesecake, and definately not the last.  It was so easy!  I tweeked a recipe from one of my new favorite foodie blogs, found here. (thanks Kelli!)
